Alot,
I have heard problems exist at partial throttle low boost ranges (road racing) where temps can really spike W/O air to air heat exchange.
Air compression is naturally hot and the water would have to be atomizing as soon as compressor starts producing.
If EGT are in check I bet the boost reponse and turbo output would be insane. I measure a 6 psi drop across I/C plumbing, not sure what amount is due to temp drop though
