Hey guys, I went out today to start my car and it flooded. It took me a little while to realize it, but after I pulled the injector clips and cranking to get out the excess fuel, I reconnected them and she fired right up.

It is the first time the car has done this so I thought it was odd but I didnt think much until I went into the trunk and saw my meth bottle was half empty. I had just filled it yesterday and hadnt really boosted it much. I thought maybe I had a leak, but no leaks were visible.

When I got to work (40 mile ride) after driving normally and without getting "in it" at all, I rechecked the meth bottle and it is completely empty.

Now Im starting to wonder if the kit is malfunctioning and spraying when it shouldnt be. Like if I flooded out earlier cause it was spraying makes sense. And to have gone through that much in 40 miles, I would of had to of been boosting all the way to work!

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

 

a flow sensor like this will give you visual clue what your injection system is doing and also a failsafe

 

Where do you get one of those without having to buy a whole new kit?

 

When my meth kit is spraying I have my AEM set so that the CEL comes on....

The SMC controller comes with a flow light as well.
