What kind of water should I use?

I am going to switch from 100% methanol to 75% methanol and 25% water. What kind of water should I use? Distilled? Would aquafina work good? It is like 99.9% pure water...

aquafina has been proven to be bottled tap water.

Don't use that.

why switch from 100% methanol? Are you seeing something you don't like by running 100% meth?

This is why I am still going to run 75% meth. I want it to cool the charge, because less heat is always a good thing. Also, this should save the seals on my meth pump. I am tired of them wearing out every month.

For water users in particular and for others to have something to read that helps with whats going on in the combustion chamber. Theres a document in this thread that I strongly suggest to read. This is the best info on the subject that I have found anywhere

YES you will need to sign up to download and read it but IMO its worth it. No need to post if do not wish to. Otherwise get me an email to jackblalock(AT)gmail.com and I'll send it to you as an email attachment.
