Number of nozzles and restrictor size in hfs-5 system

Going to fit my hfs-5 kit on the car i've stated that for my setup ( i have 1600 cc injectors ) i should use three 1mm nozzles, if i'm not wrong.
My question is, is there any problem to use 3 nozzles at the same time with this system, and last thing which flow restrictor i have to use, the bigger one that comes with the kit is big enough?
Thanks in advance for help...
Gianluca.

you can use all three nozzles that come with the kit however, the kit only comes with one Tee, so you'll need an additional Tee. it will prolly need an additional nozzle mount thing as well. you will want to run it without the inline restrictor though because the flow rate is higher then what the biggest restrictor is rated for.

You might want to drill out one of the included restrictors to the appropriate size, after consulting with Richard L on what that would be. I would go with 4 nozzles instead of 3 (and downsize the nozzle size as appropriate) and then use an Aquamist 1->4 tee (they don't sell one for 3 nozzles).

Thanks for the infos, i would go for a 4 nozzles solution, but distributor here in Italy takes months for delivering something... I found on Aquamist web site part numbers for all what i need, but i haven't found a online vendor that sells internationally, from USA, anybody could help me finding one?
One last question, a 5 or 6 gallon tank would be ok for my setup, considering the amount of water/meth i assume i will need?

If you are going to use 3 1.0mm nozzles you should drill out the restrictor as EVO8LTW stated. I spoke with Richard about this in the past. He said to use the 3 existing restrictor sizes and their flow rates to calculate the size needed for a new restrictor.

I don't remember off hand the size and flow rates of the restrictors, but if you post them up I can tell you what size hole to drill in a new restrictor.

I found the info I needed, you should use a restrictor with an orifice size of 1.178467mm, I don't think they make a bit with this size so just go for a 1.2mm bit.

1600cc injectors seem very very huge for needing methanol. are you running pump gas or race gas? and like slowcar said, what are your duty cycles looking like? i can't imagine your over 50% on pump gas.

About the duty cycle, i haven't yet an answer, with previous 1150 cc injectors, at 34 psi it was over 90%, using 100 oct VPower, so i had the idea of changing them with 1600 cc, but now i realize that with wi probably there was no need of them.
The engine is a 4g64 long rod stroker, racing head with solid tomei 11.8 mm lift cams, kansai intake manifold with 3.5 throttle body and relative pipe, GT4094R turbo on a Shearer twin wastegated twin scroll manifold, and fuelling is provided by two Bosch 044 pumps with a sump tank.
If i have well understood, if in theory i will have a max 70% injectors duty cycle with 1600s, also the duty of the wi system will follow that percentage, so, always in theory, assuming of having four 0.8 mm nozzles, they will flow 70% of their effective max flow capacity, isn't it?
Excuse me, but i'm a total newbie as regards wi, i try of understanding something reading your posts here, but sometimes i need some confirmations...

One last thing, as regards nozzles positioning i'm thinking of setting them dividing in equal parts the pipe from the exit of intercooler to throttle, as i have not the problem of bov recirculating, as i'm trying to go without blow off valve, pipes are huge, is it correct or there is a better positioning for the 3 or 4 nozzles?
