i just installed Snow Performance Stage 1 NA kit on my 1994 Lancer powered by 4g91 DOHC.

i used water in the 1st run and the power seems no much difference than running without Water injection. i just feel the engine is somehow smoother and lighter

but while i run with Meth/water mix 50/50 ratio i can feel there is slight power and better response.

i need your help guys, is there something wrong with my setup? because this stuff should be able to power up few hp on top of my engine as its stated but so far im just feeling the same.

any Meth/water experts can input on this?

 

You need to advance the timing. How come your car has no MAF/

 

my car is NA, i configure it using the vaccum switch. as for NA there is no MAF sensor...

if i advance my timing, will it start knocking?

im a newbie at this matters...

 

Time for a basic non-intercooled turbo kit man! Then you will feel some power

 

well i do have TD04 at home, planning to bolt on turbo sometime in the near future, but meanwhile i wanna get the best of Methanol/water injection for my engine.

btw, since i already have Meth/water cooler dose it mean i can BOT without need for any intercooler? is it safe?
