So the new flash came out for the VCS3G and when I tried to flash it it dumped the memory or whatever it was. Well I talked to Dan and mailed it out on Fri, they got it on Tues because of the 3 day weekend. Well I got it back in the mail yesterday. 2 day turn around from IL to CA is pretty good from my experience.

Yeah, my IFS was on the fritz, Dan sent me a new one in like 3 days and I am back in business. Great customer support, they really believe in their product and I can feel the power gains. Thanks Dan. I sent the IFS out back to you that you RMAed to me today.
