i ordered a 2.5 bar controller devils own meth kit from a group buy for my audi 2 months back and it never got installed...so now that i have my evo it def is going in
after talking to some people the 2.5 bar is nothing so i called them up and they said they have a 3.0 and voltage(i do not know what this is) but i can send the 2.5back for either of thous

which should i get and could someone explain what the voltage is? also has anyone used devils own yet?

 

What do you mean the "2.5bar is nothing" ??? The point of the map sensor controller is to try and match the reading of a map sensor that you have so the knobs on the controller will semi acurately match the "boost" pressure the map sensor is measuring. ( I hope that makes sense)

Voltage is usually MAF based controller, but its actually generic from my understanding. It bases the controller obviously on "volts" from what ever sensor you are using. So actually you could use it for any kind size MAP sensor (or MAF) if you understand the voltage scaling (resolution to X volts = Y psi).

I actually ahve a D.O. kit which I have not installed, but it will be going in my GTi first.

 

i called one of the sites vendors and that was their response i thought tha controller was tha psi level of the noozles so im like make senses...but you did clear it up better for me...thanks alot (im going voltage my friend can figure it out)
