I have high idle after cleaning my maf with maf spray cleaner? I did this because the maf was coated with oil from the K&N oil cleaner from the air filter.

note: I'm tuned with meth (aquamist) and it was fine till I sprayed this cleaner on my maf. It idles @ 2300rpm when its cold

How do I fix this?

I was told by a vendor that the idle control sensor could be coated with meth??

suggestions?
