New source for "Flambeau" tanks

For a while now Flambeau tanks have pretty much been the standard tank for meth/water containers, at least for Aquamist kits. However, they are fairly pricey and sometimes difficult to purchase. Flambeau customer service is not that great in my opinion and I spent nearly a month just trying to order my tank.

I worked with Richard to try and find a new place to buy tanks. Richard suggested US Plastics and I ordered a tank to try it out. Price was about half of Flambeau prices and it was super easy to buy the tank. I just ordered it off the website and got the tank in less than a week.

Below are some pictures of the two tanks. I am pretty sure they are manufactured by the same company as they are pretty much identical in every way. If you need a meth/water tank, I suggest US Plastics.

Don't forget a cap for the tank --- link to buy
US Plastics

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I think someone posted that link quite a while back. I've ordered several tanks from USP, all are great quality and way cheap

Not bursting any bubble hear - I know that people have ordered tanks from US Plastics but Richard and I wanted to compare them side by side and make sure that they were in fact of the same quality before suggesting users buy them.

Richard doesn't suggest people buy something untill he has tested it himself, thats part of what makes Aquamist so great.

I have to thank you again for looking into this. Without your help, I will not know if the tanks are made by the same people. I am just to far away to make this happen.

It is hard to believe the prices can be so different. The pictures are great.

I think it has to do with how much stock they have at the moment.

Thanx Dudical26 for this great find.
Late for a lot of us but so useful for the community!
May be time to have one for a IC Spray on IX ;-)
Cheers.

PD: I guess it's already done but it will be cool to update your HFS install manual!
