VERY COOL, can't wait to see post install pics. Where are you going to put the nozzle(s). How many nozzles will you use?

Wow more pics please! LOL What fuel will you be running? Which mixture of injection will you be running?

Thanks

2 nozzles

After a chat with richard i'm putting the 1st just after the compressor in the metal boost pipe and the 2nd just before the 90 degree silicone hose before the throttle body.

Looks good. I would change the coupler on the intake manifold though. That kink doesnt look to good.

Thats not a kink it's just the way the boost pipe has been made.

The intake length is super short so it does not really cause a problem.

Cool cool!

60% water to 40% meth? or vice versa?

50/50 would seem perfect for that set up, due to the water to air IC you will need to be near full evaporation prior to getting to the IC. Too high of H20 mix will not evap as easy as a 50/50 mix, causing some pooling in the IC. The meth will help with atomizing/evap the water. Meth will also provide just a little higher Ron.

I look forward to seeing more pics, and info on this car! Very very cool!

Do I understand you correctly, you are putting a nozzle before the heat exchanger?

I wonder if that is the best idea, it may reduce the effeciency of the heat exchanger.

It wont be bad if he can get it to fully evaporate prior to the IC. Then it will only aid the cooling. BUT it has to be fully evaporated, a cold climate should not be a choice for this setup.

Use a small .4 jet and it should work...

OP what boost will you be running? Higher boost will aid evaporation as it causes higher charge temps.

I don't totally agree. Check out a thread on the waterinjection.info board from a while back with charts showing the cooling effect of different jet locations.

Pre IC injectin, even with good evaporation.......the surface of the IC will cause the moist air to condense on the walls of the IC and reduce the effeciencey.
