Aquamist - Flow Sensor?

The flow sensor (S on the gauge) is not lighting, enabled, etc. until my car is warmed up a bit or until after I start to get under a little load a time or two. Then, it appears to start working normally. This started a couple months ago when the cold weather came around. Any ideas as to what I should check? Thanks!

you can try turning the WL setting for the failsafe window counter-clockwise one click.

Let me know if this works. The cold might increase the resistance in the wires and not allow the correct voltage to be seen by the DDS3 to tell it the flow sensor is wroking.

Make sure the lines, or tank is not frozen. Check wires and the fia2 to make sure all is well.

The microchip inside the sensor can work down to -20C. Once the microchip has booted up, it will generate a voltage of 0.53V on the yellow wire from the sensor. This voltage lights up the "S" light on the gauge.

Please check the volatge of the yellow wire for me. Third terminal down from the top right on the Junction board. Check it against ground.

The both yellow voltage line were fine, I still tightened them a little. I did notice one of the blue P.Relay wires was very loose, I tightened it up. I turned on the ignition, and the S light. This is a first in a long time. I am going to keep a close eye on it.

Thanks!
