I got my tank and pump in the trunk but leaning against the back side I made brakets for it... it looks clean... when I get my car back from the dealership I'll post pics but it will not be for at least a week because they need to replace my whole transmission..

DG Motors I thought you had to get power from a switched source and not directly from battery

The cleanest way is to put it in the trunk opposite where the stock washerfluid goes. But if you're going to go big reservoirs here's what i did(see pic below).
Took out rear seats(easy), 3 strips of aluminum 1-1/4 wide 3' long per strip(home depot) Bolts used were 1.25x8mm ...length I believe 2"'s long. Measure drill holes, dremel. Took me about 4hrs to do including soldering and running lines. I used to have my setup in the front but decided to acquire a bigger set of tanks for less refilling.
I also have the upgrade 250psi Labonte pump running 2 nozzles.

how well did that work out with the nozzle being in that location as opposed to up at the TB?

Didn't really have it connected at that position, only used one nozzle up until changing pumps. I have 2 nozzles now about 12"'s from the TB.

Is it necessary to weld a bung to upper I/C pipe for nozzle or can you just drill and tap a hole in the pipe? Yes I know a welded in bung is the best bet but I was wondering if the easy method would be ok

You can tap it, however, the welding is the best option(less chance of a leak)

Depends on the kit, however most kits just need a direct tap off the +terminal.
