HFS-3 and HFS-6 just came out, they're marginally better but some people like upgrading

If anyone is interested in a near new Coolingmist CMGS system please pm or email me.
LOL sorry dude but Aquamist makes the BEST kit on the market and has for years. Real failsafes, non-progressive pump setup, and top-notch quality make it just work. Check the alky section for posts I've made on this in the past.

I have an HFS-1 kit for sale, if you're interested. Make an offer:

The Post

My car made 80whp on a 50/50 mix on a conservitive tune. The coolingmist kit was a flop, never worked right so I ripped it out. I am going to buy a Auqamist HFS-3. You really don't need the 6, some of the features on the 6 you would never use anyway. IMO.

I will post dyno results in a month or so when all is installed and dialed in.

Jeff

There is only one kit that I would ever put on my Evo. That is Aquamist. Hands down. Whatever you do DO NOT USE A COOLINGMIST set up. Oh The Horror story I had with them...

Also, real quick. MAKE SURE your tuner does dyno pulls In the Lower gears BEFORE he/she takes your car off the dyno. Especially on a stock Trubo. Seems there are knock issues from the turbo boosting quicker than the meth can get there. If you run an Aquamist with the FAV you should be ok, or a bigger turbo like a Red or A Black etc, but do yourself a favor and have the tuner do a pull in 1-3 on the 5spd and 1-4 on the 6spd. Just to check for knock. Meth is a great choice, but is very very deliquate. A great choice if E85 is no where near. IMO Note though, most tuners do not like tuning cars on meth. At least here in So Cal.
