UPDATE i traced the 2 float sw + and - wires to the trunk area where the tank water level sensor was and saw that the harness with yellow /green wires that plug to blue red was stripped and possibly making contact..
so i cut the two in half and put some heat shrink/soldered them.. tested it and still randomly flickers not as bad tho..(seems to do it once after i do a pull instead of during) i will try and test it without the water level sensor pluged in to see if somewhere there still is a short.. hopefully its those two wires and if it is then i will just cut harness out and hardwire/ solder them together.. i will post new video when i get home
i dont even know how this is possible, nothing was in the way??

This helps me a lots. I did'nt have a clue as it was not a normal problem.
I suggest stripping the 4-way sleeve further back and check that there are no more exposed wires.
Green and yellow ........ to the float switch
Red and blue ........... 85 and 86 of the relay coil.
The picture you posted was blurred where the problem was.

the yellow and green (in 4way sleeve) is connected to my red/ blue (float switch). thats how it came unless i have a wrong/ defective harness. since they are both different colors im not sure if the yellow goes to red or blue and if green goes to red or blue.. you get it ? i post a better picture if your lost

oh okay were good on that then.. im going to try and disconnect it from the board and see if the level led stops completely.. if it does then there is still contact somewhere.. because my tank is FULL!
I have modify, repaired and check all parts and post it back you last week.
1. DD3v10 controller board, no fault found but updated to latest specs.
2. HSV - suspect. Not flowing a gretadeal at first, after a day or two drying. It appeared to have recovered. Check your denatured alcohol for contamination, it has a weird pungent smell. Use methanol if possible.
3. Relay - broken tab, send a new relay.
4. Flow sensor work, have lengthen cable and heat shrunk but not perfect. May neda new one some time in the future if it plays up.
5. Postage ~$11.00 Please paypal me. Because system is out of under warranty (>2.5 years old).
6. Put some more four-core wires.
