Lil help - HSFV5 v.9 Troubleshooting

[Edit] - the title should read HFS 5 v.9. It's an aquamist system.

Got in the car the other morning and heard a tick/knock at idle that I was able to trace back to the hsv. Pulled the FIA2 out of the glovebox and sure enough, it is showing that the red and green light are both cycling the same, in other words at idle my hsv is matching the fuel injectors duty. I turned the activiation point adjustment counterclockwise on the DDS3 until the red 'system active' light lit and I could hear the pump kick on. I put the activation point back to normal (set at 8#'s boost) on the DDS3, the red light went out, the pump shut off, but my hsv is still trying to match injector duty cycle. The system is several years old.

I'm fairly confident it's in the DDS3 board or the FIA2 board, and I'll need a new unit. But which one?

I think the transistior that controls the HSV/FIA2 is blown, I can fix it for you if you can return the circuit board to me. I have no replacement boards.

No need to buy aniother system.

thanks Richard, I'll place an order for a new FIA2 unit through Howerton Engineering.

The FIA2 is fine. Just need to replace a transistor on the DDS3 circuit board.
