yea the temp outside gets stupid on the road. my car is tuned with 100% so 50/50 is not an option right now

 

Can you take a picture of your engine as to how the hoses are routed.

I changed out the pump for a new unit . So far so good. I drove the car for about a 1/2 hour and the system was on instantaneously. Its actually coming on sooner than it ever has.

I guess ive have a defective pump from the get go..
I hope this really is it this time. Ive been so frustrated with this that i started hating the idea of having it .

Have you had any defective pumps out of box with similar characteristics to this?

 

The only defective pump is DOA but none of partial operation.

Can you ship the defective pump to Jeff at www.howertonegineering so he can verify the natual of the pump problem.
