meth spraying when not supposed to.

Hey guys,
I have an smc meth kit and i am not sure whats going on here.My meth is spraying even under Vacuum pressure, causing my motor to flood and shut down my car.its only suppose to be spraying after set boost levels which i had like ard 18 psi.I am drving and twice the pump came on spraying like crazy and i am not even in freaking boost.this only started to happen after my car came out from the shop for a clutch install. My guy said he didn't trouble the meth connection and he is not sure why this is happening.please can someone shed some light on this looked in the hood and cant seem to figure this out as yet, need help ASAP.

I don't have experience with the smc kit.

The only reason the kit would be triggering is because it is getting the signal to spray.

I would double check all wire connections. Especially the one that cause the meth to trigger. There could easily be a fray.

It should be hooked up to some sort of injector pulse or boost source.

If all the connections are good. I would take a good hard look at the controller. It would be ideal if it could be swapped with a known good one to help eliminate the idea that it could be the issue.

I figure that you have, but have you tired to contact smc directly?

Locating the nozzle on the vacuum-side of the throttle-body could be causing meth to be sucked into the intake. Where did you locate your nozzle?

Have you verified the pump is being turned on to eliminate the possiblity that the fluid could be sucked in from another means?
