Hey guys, my friend has his heart set on a new EVO 8 RS, but unfortunately is definitely not flexible enough to pay any kind of markup. I'm wondering if anyone knows a dealership where you can get the car at somewhere in the middle of invoice & MSRP (around 27k + destination.) Who am I to stop a man from realizing his dream. I would really appreciate ur help guys.

 

if you are willing to go out of state I know Casa Mitsubishi in NM would sell a white RS for 27k or so.

 

Nope, sorry, needs to not be too bad of a drive from the San Fernando Valley. Also, if any dealerships are selling new 04 RS's or regular Evos for that cheap or cheaper, please lemme know

 

you can buy it out of state and have it shipped back. Shipping isn't that bad just take it into consideration.

 

I have a feeling that the emissions issues of registering it will prove to be too much of a hassle

 

not at all, new cars come with an emissions compliance cert. just gotta go to the dmv
