Hey man,

I feel your pain, I live here in Tucson and I guess that because of the fact that Tucson is a smaller city we kind off have a "closer Evo family", It is very, I repeat very usual to see no less than 5 or 6 Evos and a few WRX's and STI's crusing around Speeway here in Tucson.

It takes no effort to really get together a big size EVO groups , WRX and STIs every Friday or Saturday night. We all know each other here and we do some auto x ing around the mountains in the vecinity.

Perhaps you should log on into AZLANCERS.NET and contact the guy that created the Website, he has a blue EVO and loves to get Evo meetings.

My best guess is that being Phoenix such a large city, the more difficult is to get to see all the EVo's at once, here in Tucson, it is the other way around, there is a famous AVE(Speedway Ave) which is full of sport compact cars crusing around all night long.

Man, that's just narrow minded. We've set up dyno days, flash days, and drag days. But whatever works for you man, I personally don't feel the need to beat on my car every week in this hot *** sun. It doesn't hurt to kick back every once in a while and get to know other evo guys. I've only been there 3 times but each time I go its always better than the last.

you're missing my point, i think that stuff like dyno meet's etc care a good idea.. even a bbq wouldnt be bad.. but crap like pav's doesnt sound appealing sitting around a parking lot and taking pics all night doesnt sound like fun..

evo's are meant to be driven hard..

There was one about 2 months ago that Dustin had setup over at Dyno-Comp. Pretty good turnout although it was way too packed...
A few of us also showed up just to hang out over at Kingpin on their Subaru day about 2-3 weeks ago.

my vii has nothing to do with this, i'd just like to get a few other evo owners out with me doing local events, it's the most fun you could ever have with it, and they do special rates for first timers.. or at least come out, take some pics and watch...

i dont live in a shell! honest!
