you're only options are this:

come up 1 hour from Tucson to Chandler, AZ (just south of PHX) & get 101 octane unleaded at a Mobil (4401 e chandler blvd-pumps 23 & 24 for $4.99/gal), OR contact VP racing & order race gas directly thru them. they have 55 gal drums for $270 (about $4.70/gal) all the way up to 116 octane leaded i think. 104 & 107 unleaded for sure. highest we have at the reg pumps is 91 thanks to CA emissions laws moving this way...

There are a couple places to buy 100 octane in Tucson. A 76 on speedway sells 100 octane at the pump. You best bet is to buy your own race gas and store it home

psycho soldier i think that is what i am going to have to do. i probably will end up mixing 100 octane with **** water 91 or 92 or the highest i can get in sierra vista. does any one know the ratio for how much 100 octane gas it would take to bring 91 up to 94.

If you found 94 in Az, i have some beach front property in Sahuarita, Az. just for you. In the west, we call 94, snake oil.

We should petition Sunoco to open up shop on the west coast. I saw a station on 54th and Bell carrying Sunoco 100. I think it was a Union gas station.

Thumbs up

rkt shp, i thought about storing gas in bulk myself but then i thought about the HEAT!!!!!!!!!!!! when i take my empty gas to fill them, the tanks have expanded by over 1/2 inch on each side. transporting fuel in the trunk is nervewracking but i can't imagine the temps in a garage to be far off than inside a car that is parked outside (easily exceeds 150F) unless your garage faces north/south AND is air conditioned. i have to keep a big metal fan on my gas cans & it's not even summer yet!!!!!!!! i do agree that we need Sunoco out here. VP out of Casa Grande is our best bet out here.
