I'm up for this. I hear they're going to be running the domestics vs imports. This should be pretty cool... so long as I don't have to go up against and 1000 hp Grand Nationals or big block V8's.

Perhaps we can get an Evo crew to make a run down there. I know a few people in the area that are interested in going. Where should we meet up? Isn't Speed World over on the West side? I don't know the area too well.

 

Here's a flyer I saw about this. I talked to Jay over at Mynes today and he and the crew are planning on being there. It'd be cool if we could all roll over there together.

Yeah ,this event runs 10pm-6am or its to f.ckin hot.Hopefully my car will be done.

My tuner is wrenching as we chat, 12 hrs. on my ride today.Dyno has been set for saturday,my tuner is cutting it close. I`m sweating , but he always comes thru.

 

i'll be there to watch and hang out. Can't wait to see the Topnotch evo in the 1/4. Last time i was there i was so embarrassed by the times on the WRXs and EVOs i saw out there i almost put the stock RS through tech. i figured my time couldn't be any worse. i love these events though by 2am my bloodstream is like 75% Redbull

 

 

Looks like we`ll be there. My tuner called me 11:30p.m. and got it running,drive time this morn,dyno at 4:30. Should be there,with the redbull.

Just got back from hell,hot as f.ck today.My tuner had it all finished,went to the dyno and smoked a brand new hi pressure fuel pump,one of 2 from the Lancer Shop. It was a faulty pump.Saturday night no racin 4 me,I`m getting laid.I should be at Firebird friday night drags,as long as I get a new fuel pump.Hope u all had a blast.

 

Lamest event of all time! 2.5 hours of waiting to make one run. Same old motorcycles ran time and again. Super cars kept hogging the lanes and spilling oil. I will NEVER go to Speed World again - EVER!!

 

Sorry u had a bad time.Thats sounds like a SCO night,unorganized.After nine puts on good shows most of the time.
