How come I always see STis all over the place but rarely see an evo in Los Angeles???

I mean I think it's beyond question that the evo is the better performance car so why all the STis???

 

prolly b/c the sti is a better daily driver maybe?

 

What's up guys,

I don't see alot of Evos either.

However I do see lot of regular Lancers, OCZs and Ralliarts.

I also see alot of WRXs and than STIs in that order.

well... on weekday i usually don't see any... but for weekends... i spotted like 4 of them on the same day... so i guess they only comes out during the weekends...

 

I would guess that there are significantly more STIs brought to the states every year, Mitsu doesn't import too many of the EVOs.

 

actually there are 6000 evos per year vs 3800 sti's. subarus are easier to drive daily & has a higher crash test rating, hence a lower ins cost. so it's CHEAPER to drive a sti then an evo. if you ever come out to the phx area, we are at least 6-10 evos deep on saturdays at Pavillions.
