I hereby declare myself the head of The California Border Patrol!!!
We fight any and all efforts by that semi-communist, pinko state to reduce horsepower of cars with their so-called "emmisions standards." Stalin would be proud of "The People's Republic of Kalifornia."
We at the California Border Patrol shall fight against this monstosity. It has all ready resulted in us out west getting CRAPPY 91 octane fuel, because all the freaks in So Cal are dumping high test into their under powered lexus cars and euro sedans.
Threre are, however, plenty of incredibly hot asian women in So Cal, and we shall let them pass the border freely.

Actually, in order to be on the Kalifornia Border Patrol, you need to be on the other side of the border. We patrol to keep people in Kalifornia. But, if you want to pass, we're sure you're another cute example SoCal females, so you'll have unresticted ingress and egress.
