I've heard that the prevoius dealership went under and is under new management. If the same employees still work there, I wish you the best of luck.
L.A. Car guy bought the location and changed the name from Santa Monica Mitsubishi to Mitsubishi Santa Monica.
I think they cleaned out most of the sales staff and left the 1/2 of the service department. That's why I would never take my car for service there.
No need to buy parts there either because I can get them much cheaper over the internet.
Santa Monica Mitsubishi was fun while it lasted. And no, not all previous employees were incompetent. Thank you very much. *Takes a bow*.
Try Union Mitsubishi in K-town. They treated my EVO beautifully.

I might just try the TO dealership when its time to take in my car, my sister works in TO so I can get some free food while i'm out there.
omg........so I still decided to take my car to van nuys for my first oil change, since I work in downtown L.A the thousand oaks dealership is out of my way. Anyways I called the Van nuys dealership this morning to set up an oil change for thursday, when I asked them how much it would cost they said $70
I just hung up on the guy. There is no way in hell I'm going to pay $70 plus tax for a dam oil change, they can kiss my left nut. I'm just going to go ahead and do it myself. Mitsubishi is crazy to charge $70 plus tax for an oil change.

5 quarts of Mobil 1 can be purchased around $25ish at Walmart. Costco used to sell them a "tiny" bit cheaper, but my local Costco no longer sells motor oil
Or if you're too lazy to change your own oil, ask them how much do they charge if you bring in your own oil.
