What kind of dyno was this on? Those numbers for the 05 are pretty low, lower than a stock VIII

Mustang (MD) Dynamometer...but the funny part is that her blue 05 had just been rear-ended..but how the hell would that attribute to it? And I think they only took it up to 6000 RPM..not sure.

I should have stuck around for another half hour to watch the IX. Nice looking car - Congrats! That dyno is a Mustang.

Karash dyno'd right before you guys in his 05 and was making more power stock than that modded Electric Blue. Perhaps Black cars just make more power!!

Those numbers are really high for the EVO IX especially for a MD. What is with the dramatic differences in HP when it comes to the IX. Some are making numbers very similiar to theVIII and then some are making some amazing numbers. I'm not sure how low your dyno reads, but 244WHP is around 270WHP+ on a Dyno Jet?

I agree, those numbers are to high, and they should be just a tad higher than an 05. Theres also something wrong with that blue Evo since that guy mentioned a stock one made more power

Yea if u look at the results the IX is taken to 6500 and the VIII to 6000...dont kno if theres much of a power diff between 500rpms tho.

Also the Torque on the VIII is 250 Whereas the IX is 235?

Is the Silver one an MR?

The torque on the 05 are good numbers but the hp is way too low

Non-MR...just SSL IX It was ran twice...the 2nd run netted:

238.9 HP @ 6250 RPM
247.6 Lb @ 3500 RPM

Too lazy to scan/pic the dyno sheet right now..but will do within 12 hrs if y'all request it..but the numbers are real.

Its not that we dont believe the IX can push out those numbers but the 05 VIII is just pushing out low numbers...
