You would pay 8.25% unless you register your car in Orange County.
As for April's prices, I think you would need to wait until tomorrow when it is April, but I wouldn't believe it right away (until April 2 since it's April fool's day tomorrow)

I have had so many people as well as local dealers say that these prices couldn't be right. They seem to think that there will be extra fees added here and there as well as shipping and taxes that would make the price no better than I can get here in GA. I see a lot of people on this post seem to be getting amazing deals though. I would love to get one asap but I guess I will have to wait til I can get in better shape financially and hopefully there will be some left in a few months.
