They only rinse it at the pick up terminal, what seemed like scratches at the terminal ended up being only dirt and some residue from the manufacturers laminate (the white plastic/sheets they have on the car)
The only thing that was missing is one of the screw covers, about ½” in dia on the front bumper, right above the round thing next to the I.C., maybe $2-$10 part, and they will replace it.
My total cost was
$28,299 car
$45 doc fees
$833 shipping (top load)
$1936 NJ tax, tags, etc..

Total: $31,113 out of the door.

Total time, from the day I called to today: 30 days
((including 1 lost week due to DHL not finding my house, and me missing to sign some part of the contract, so Mark had to resend it))
Otherwise it would’ve took 3 weeks total time.
Thanks Mark for jumping to the rescue, and special thanks to Lynn for what she did.
Glad to hear that you got your car! Great color and great price!

going to do the same thing too. Did u take Hwy 5 or 101? I will probably take 101. I can drive it slower and enjoy the curvy road around SLO and SB.

fewer 18 wheelers = safer = fewer rocks

I took it up the 5 because of time constraints and we left Long Beach kinda late. If you have the time, take the 101 cause of the scenery and stops. Just watch out for the cops in King city
