Hey guys, I'm from the Cobaltss.net forum, our crew is looking to welcome anyone into our team. We are trying to organize anything and anyone. Mostly STI's and WRX's. We love your cars though. We want you MITSHUBISHI'S! All in good fun. We meet every Sunday mornings and hang out with other local car clubs, then we drive through most of the canyons until we hit PCH. That's you evo people, canyon runs!

Then we follow it up with a huge BBQ back at our buddy's house. If this sounds interesting let me know, the name is Harrison.

 

What area of So-Cal are you talking about? San Diego?

 

Well not exactly, we meet in Woodland Hills area, MapQuest El Camino Real High School, we met in that area. You're more then welcome to take the drive down here though.

 

Funny! I just ran into a red CobaltSS couple nights ago on 605 with my stock MR. I pulled on him but the car is surprisingly fast from roll. We were not racing just passing to swittch lane.

 

So if you weren't racing then you weren't really pulling on him, know what i mean? THere's a SS non SC and a SS SC, they look exactly the same. But an MR should beat us anyways. Our cars are pretty damn good from a roll, but from a dig we suck, too much HP not enough traction. Are you interested in coming sundays?

 

Hahaha! I put those sentence in for a purpose. It's a supercharge version of the cobalt and the guy is cool. There're some guys on the ColbaltSS forums keep saying that their cars beat the stock or lightly modified EVO from roll. Wrong concept.

 

haha I get it...kinda. I haven't had to chance to run an EVO yet, but I pulled about 1/2 on a STI (stock).
