Hawaii Evo's

I just got back from a trip to Honolulu and was happy to see a few Evos, one of which was a black wingless evo at the Ala Moha?? shopping center. But it looks like evos were greatly out numbered by STis. Just wanted to shout out to all the Evos I saw there and tell them to keep representing the Evo community

Depends, our weather is messed up here....sometimes it rains sometime it dosen't.....we just had like 41 days of rain non stop a couple of months ago......september-october rains off and on and is much more cooler than the summer...I guess it depends on what your planning to do when you get here....

I miss Hawaii too. I've been to the Big Island, Maui and Kauai in 02 before the Evo hit the US. Probably will be revisiting in 07.

I grew up on Oahu, so I'm biased towards the winter time as temps are coolest and the N.shore cranks best durring that time. I would say Oct-March.
There are some incredible places to drive. One was a mountain behind "Punchbowl"crater called "Tantilus" I think, lots of cars & bikes would run off the cliff area, lots of harpin turns. The drive over the Pali lookout is beautiful too going into Kailua, and one other one is the road going from Hawaii Kai to Sandy Beach which winds along the ocean.

EVO IX,
What's it like owning an Evo over there? Does HPD give you a hard time?
