Track time advice on an '05 MR >>

Hey guys I have a question to those who're uber inclined in quarter-mile diagnosis. My friend has an '05 GG MR with the following mods:

HKS 280's
HKS Cam Gears -3/-8
ARP headstuds
MLS headgasket
Ferrea full valvetrain (stock head ports)
UICP/LICP/FMIC
JDM MR BOV
Agency Power intake filter
TBE
MBC@21psi
Walbro255
NGK BRP7ES@.026"
Honda Civic SI battery
ACT2600
STRIPPED INTERIOR -only driver's seat.
Stock wheels w/ 245/45/17 Dunlop FM901@20psi all around.

*Tuned/Dyno'd 326awhp 316awtq at DynoComp via ECUTEK*

Here are his times, shifting every gear at 7300rpms...

60'= 1.811
330=5.316
1/8=8.227
MPH=81.42
1000=10.737
1/4=12.868
MPH=108.52

This was done at Firebird Raceway in ~100 degree weather. My question is, does his MPH seem a tad low? I understand his 60' isn't the greatest, but that doesn't really affect MPH, (in terms of increasing it). We're going to try and dump 110octane in it and increase the boost just a tad. Any advice for my buddy other than check the compression and do a boost leak test? Thanks for the help!
