San Diego Evo's
Funny story well maybe not but I thought it was, I was sitting at the light getting on the 15S from friars road right in front of Quallcom, well as it turns out I don't know his name but we will call him Billy bad a ss for the story sakes, he decides he want to take a 04 Sti for a test drive from the tent sale all must have been going well because on his way back he decided getting on to friars he was going to be slick and did a lil power slide. I could tell that he had never drive a AWD drive car before because instead of powering through the slide he let off over corrected and ended up hitting people waiting to get on the 15 right behind me the look on his face was priceless he is totally screwed.
Sup Brian! How's your Evo running? You gonna be at the Q next Friday?
Alain installed an AEM short ram intake on Andrea's Evo last week. He did a retune and the biggest take-away is that the boost isn't tapering off as bad--with the OEM intake the boost would go from 22-18; with the AEM it is going from 22-20! Also, we found that the stock injectors are now more than maxed out--103% duty cycle! So, last Friday I ordered some AMS 780cc injectors and an AMS fuel rail. Alain will install these items next Wednesday or Thursday and then do a retune.
I cannot wait for next Friday! Andrea's Evo is running pretty strong, and I foresee some 7.7-7.8s!

BTW...I have two Sparco 4-pt 2" harnesses w/cam lock for sale. Here is a pick of one of them installed on my S2000:

These retail for $200/each and I am selling them both for $200.

BTW...just for kicks Aby wanted to do a third gear pull against Andrea's Evo. I put about a car on him until ~7K or so and as Andrea's stock turbo started losing its breathe Aby's FP Green was still sucking in wind he pulled almost even. LOL! Anyways, Aby was pretty damn impressed with how Andrea's Evo is running.

I plan on going to Qualcomm on Friday, so if you're going, then that'll be great!
As for the Evo, it's running really strong right now...Just got a fresh oil change on her so she's as good as new, only faster
Hopefully I'll see you Friday, and maybe we can get a few runs in
