San Diego Evo's
I am running my '03 Evo with the Vishnu Stage 1+ "off-the-shelf" tune for 91 octane -- the one that's downloadable from Vishnu's website. (264i/272e cams.)
I had custom tunes (by Shiv) for 94 octane and 100 octane when I lived on the East Coast. The "one-size-fits-all" 91 octane map clearly isn't extracting the most from my car, but until I get the SMART hookup and get a retune, that's what I'm stuck with.
Anyway, I ran 8.282 at 83 mph the one time I ran at the Q. 1.799 60' time.
I was granny shifting the car, and I'm sure the car could do a little better, but I'm not primarily a drag racer -- mainly an autocrosser and was just interested in how the car would do in an 1/8 mile.
BTW, my car also has a Quaife front LSD, ACT race clutch, and Toyo RA-1 tires.

Hopefully within the next month before going to Spring Mountain Raceway in Pahrump, NV. at the end of October. I'll have to look in to TT a little bit more, doesn't seem like there are a lot of Evo tuners down in SD.

With the front LSD, the outside front tire is able to get enough torque to actively push the front end in the direction you're turning (with the open diff, the outside front tire had plenty of grip, but not much available torque).
Some say that the LSD makes the car looser, but that's only in comparison to the behavior with an open diff.

Ever since then, I've always owned at least two cars, at least one of which has been a performance car.
I hope I never get so old that I stop driving cool fast cars, or that I stop learning.

The '03 and '04 "base" Evos (non-RS, non-MR) had the open front diff. And for the '03 model year, all USDM Evos were the "base" package with the open diff.

Well I have driven a couple of porsches. They are great cars but too expensive IMHO.
