got it off a used japanese owner(look around the 40's). he upgraded to a lotus exige or elise something like that. price was 23,500. yeah take good care of it, wash it weekly and wax'd, also clay bar it last week. when i purchase it i was at 19,916 miles now 24,xxx, oil change, maunal trans fluid change, syn oil filter change, all done at ez lube. It was a little costy, but the next oil change i will do it myself.

oh btw, when i took it to ez lube those guy say there use to be a japanese owner who take his car in here, then i told him yeah, that car is now mine. after that he told me, "he let us beat the **** out of it" i was pretty upset but nothing i can do. But that was when it was stock.

Anyway, I ran 8.282 at 83 mph the one time I ran at the Q. 1.799 60' time.

I was granny shifting the car, and I'm sure the car could do a little better, but I'm not primarily a drag racer -- mainly an autocrosser and was just interested in how the car would do in an 1/8 mile.

BTW, my car also has a Quaife front LSD, ACT race clutch, and Toyo RA-1 tires.
I hope you arent beating on your car with the "off-the-shelf" map from Vishnu...look at the dyno thread link in my sig and you will see why...13 AFR's are CRAZY!!!!!!!!! I also have the Vishnu Stage 1+ on my car...

Dang all this in one day...lol...so wussup with the next meet? When is that going down?

Sorry, to just jump in on the conversation. I'm trying to get a few people to have Al (Dynoflash) to come back down to do custom tunes. Is there anyone interested?

Eff that fat ***** Al. Good luck finding people in SoCal still willing to deal with his attitude and substandard tunes.

Hey you know what we should do being that the drag races are now 30 bux... next time they hold the SCCA SOLO II races at Qualcomm, we should get a group to hit it up. I guarantee everyone will have a blast. I'm not sure on the pricing since its been a LONG time since I've been, but I think its around 40 buxs or so. A lot of the regulars there are really cool and will let you ride shotgun with them around the course which can be a lot of fun.

EDIT: Its $35 to race if you are not a SCCA member ($25 if you are) and there is one being held Saturday, Oct. 7th.

Hey thats a good idea actually. However, I kinda dont like the track cause its a bunch of cones that dont even make lanes so itskinda confusing. I dunno if people are down forthat. However, I have been wanting to get a bunch of you guys so we can schedule like a track date at button willow or willow springs.

never knew that, but thanks for the heads up, going to do all the oil change and etc.. myself from now on, and i didnt even trust them with my car. i was watching my car at ez lube, making sure there going to do the stuff i payed for and he was going to put 10w40 or something else but i told them to just do the 10w30 cause that what my manual says.
