Carlos, got your pm and I would be more than happy to come down there and see what she'll do, but it won't be for another couple of weeks though as we are still sorting things out.

Guerrilla and me raced at the track. There were other Evos but only us raced as we promised.

The track was a piece of crap, any witness could tell you my car spun out of control sideways every single time, I had no traction despite the new tires.

Guerrilla started with a mid 13's and started to improve on each run until he hit a best of 12.7. trapping an average of 107-109mph in 4th
His car is the Evo 9 MR with 3"TB,CAI,MBC,Dynoflash and race gas.

I personally ran worst than ever, I had a intercooler pipe falling off when I was racing Guerrilla and they told me not to race until it was fix. I managed a 12.4 on one of my last passes which rebuilds my hope again at that track(SIR)

We ran right at the 98-99 degree temp range. Guerrilla's friend was runing 11's @125 plus on his MR2.

I also saw Shadrick at the track, Shadrick was the owner of a very modded Evo 8 MR and he traded for a GTO 400hp which he was getting his A S S handled (he ran mid 14' to mid 15's)

Carlos

Was it the new pipe you installed on the IX? I'm telling ya man...unless it's the new IX-specific LICP from Buschur, ur gonna have to have the pipe extended to fit right on the IX.

^^^Leo,

I had no issues of any kind. I bough a specific Evo 9 LICP. I opened two topics talking about it.:

This is an unrelated comment but in a period of a month a week I talked to 2 guys that had Evos and both bought a GTO and now Edwin also is selling his MR.

Additionally a friend of mine Evin also sold his Evo recently. Scott(Moto17) now also wants to sell his Evo 8, what is going on?
Andrew from Guitars ETC also sold his yellow Evo for a STI. Despite all that this town still has one of the highest Evo per Square mile if not the highest

That makes 6 Evos owners from the same town..... My comments originated because two previous Evo owners were racing last night at the track with their GTOS

Not my father, co-worker First time ive had the car at the track and have had it less than a month so I am not too bummed about my time. I will keep improving and hope to do better next time! I should have ran more boost, next time I will. My car is also running pig rich in the 10:1 a/f ratio range the entire rev range at WOT so had quite a bit of power that could be picked up with a custom tune.

Guerrilla,(David)

You ran very conservative boost last night. In the past I ran 27psi peak on the Evo 9 with only 3 galons of 104oct added to an existing 5 galons of 91oct.

I strongly believe you should be running around 12.5sec or maybe better next time. In my opinion you ran excellent, your car ran much faster than the Blue Evo 9 putting down 315whp(Mustang) that ran a best of 13.3 (back in May)

I have tons of pics of your car. Unfortunately they are too big to be displayed here but please go to evo9grl user id and click on her link. I downloaded tons of pictures from the track there.
