Well I just wanted to give some props to Avondale. I went there in March to have my spoiler replaced or fixed under warranty. I had 36,026 miles on the car and they covered it without too much hassle. They told me up front it was on back order, and Chad in service was really patient with me even though I called 100 times asking about the spoiler.
Well they finally got the spoiler in last week, enclosed in a big bx with my name on it and everything. They told me to come down and have it put on. So when I get there they open the box, and low an behold the spoiler is white. ----I have a rally red evo
----
They were totally cool about it. They had the spoiler color matched, and gave me an oil change for free for my trouble. Totally kick *** if you ask me.
From what Ive heard of some other dealerships around it seems liek I got off prett lucky. I would recomend them to anyone. I think if your honest with them, they will try to help you out as much as possible.

Avondale Mitsu is pretty good IMO. They're real laxed and reasonable with aftermarket parts/performance stuff on Evo's too...provided the part damaged/being worked on wasn't damaged by another aftermarket part itself. Alot of other Mitsu shops flatout deny people for having ANY aftermarket parts.
I had my stock Infinity head unit replaced under warranty, took a month or some to arrive (sraight from Japan supposedly) and when it did...it was a non-Infinity version so it took longer for them to get the right one in finally.

When i read this thread, it made me feel a little bit better about where i work. Yup, i work at avondale mistubishi as a service lube tech. The lowest of the low I know, but I'm a student at UTI (almost graduated) and you have to start somewhere right? I do have to agree with the leader of this thread though, those service advisors Mike and Chad are willing to help any evo owner out. And the tech are happy to install aftermarket party for anyone. I'm an owner myself and vouch for the whole service department. Every service comes with a free car was and if ask nicely they'll even request an interior clean up free of charge. We have two techs that are highly skilled with Evo's and are the only ones that work on them. BTW i told the service advisor's about this thread and they were delighted which makes them more appreciative towards us evo owners. As a matter of fact we have another guy coming in soon for some warrenty work on a rear spoiler replacement and caliper replacement (Evolution 8). So, shi* bring your shi* over
