hey guys, i would really appreciate any help you could give me.

i lent my friend my tarmac black (i read somewhere that it's actually labrador black) IX SE for the weekend while i was away and he thanked me by scraping the left side of my rear bumper and slightly cracking the tail light casing. no real damage or dents, but there are some significant gouges.

so i have two questions:

1. can this be fixed so it looks like new? another friend of mine told me bondo won't really work and i should just get a new bumper (jdm bumper anyone? ).
2. if it can be fixed, can anyone recommend a good body shop in or near LA who won't rape me?

i'll add pics later tonight when i get home so you can get a better idea.

i spoke with manny today and he said they have the same material as the stock bumper and they could fill it in and repaint it. sucks about my tail light though. he says that has to be completely replaced. i'm gonna try to go in and get an estimate soon. it's really bugging me to have to see the damage!

i'm actually thinking about that too. depends on the price quotes i get from the body shops. since my friend's paying for it, maybe i should just say "screw it" and go for the jdm. hahaha.
