TX to NorCal Evo Conversion?
I'm thinking of relocationg to Norcal (Sacramento area) in the Spring. Seems that CA is more strict on cars in terms of emissions, noise, and also you can't get 93 octane, only 91?
Looking at my mods below, and my TBE is the "test pipe" kind, what things do I need to be thinking about to convert my Evo to a CA acceptable car?
