New to AZ!! Not really...
What's up EVO owners.
I moved out to the Chandler area from NM around the peak AZ summer heat of 115 plus degrees in mid-July. I've spent most of my time on the local AZAWD forum to get acquinted with local members but now wanted to get the words out on my tuning services for EVO's,Suby's and DSM. If you have ANY doubts about my tuning capabiliies/abilities, I've listed all URL's from AZAWD forum with many positive feedback of my work from customer's experience with me.
I started out offering first 3 free tunes to Suby members but then moved to EVO's. Now with the good work I've provided, more and more Suby and Mitsu's are coming out of the woods for install and tuning.
I know there are plenty of AZAWD EVO members on EvoM that will chime about my work.
Oddly enough, I've tuned more EVO's with GT30R+, big injectors, and cams than stock out here in AZ
. We're running 2 or 3 of these cars this weekend along with my 98 GSX (see profile for mods). Dyno numbers will come later after the track.
I use and tune with the following tools/software like AEM EMS, ECUFlash, Enginuity, EvoScan, Mitsulogger, DSMLink, and S-AFC.
Other services: We also provide installation on clutches, turbo, exhaust, intake, injectors, fuel pump, cams, head gasket/studs, gauges, boost controllers, etc.

First, a big thanks to Phuong! great tuner! it was a great experience. i came in with an AEM 91 octane base map running 18 lbs of boost (without meth). i'm running an apexi isamu turbo system, 880cc injectors, hks 272 cams, aquamist/surflo dds3, aps cai, aem ems, helix hardpipe kit, helix catback with cat delete. Phuong tuned with meth and here's the sequence he followed:
- properly scaled the injectors
- tuned A/F ratio during spool up and beyond
- tune boost characteristics/curve with GM solenoid
- tune timing
- lots of focus on idle and drivability quality
- setup my 2-step, rev limit, and all failsafe settings/features within AEM.
Last but not least, he thoroughly explained everything to me during the tuning session. I walked away learning alot more about my car!
My car is now tuned for 25 lbs with timing 14-16 degrees advanced with meth, and NO knock. Dyno numbers will soon come!
