2 Nor-Cal Spots

Okay...spot number one was in Rheem on Saturday (4/13/02), over near St. Mary's Road. It was a yellow OZ with either a painted black hood or fabbed carbon fiber one.

Second one was today (4/15/02) coming down Hedding in San Jose. Another yellow OZ. I was getting turning, going towards Valley Fair.

Anybody own these cars?

Rheem is uhm...I wanna say west of Berkely and east of Oakland. Small *** town. In the vicinity of Moraga, Lafayette, uhm...Orinda. The GF's school is in Moraga so that's why I was in Rheem...bleh...I guess that yellow OZ is well travelled hmm...

Rheem must be a block wide cuz i always thought berkeley and oakland bordered each other... first i'm in oakland, then i'm on telegraph. i know moraga lafayette and orinda for some reason, but not rheem.

Talking

You wouldn't be terribly incorrect in saying it's a block wide...****...I drove through it without even noticing.

More like 2 blocks. It's basicly that sweet twisty road that takes you from Moraga to Saint Mary's. That road's pretty fun to drive. Short though.

Taking St. Mary's Rd. (coming from Lafayette) with speed is fun...just avoid the old people who are doing 25 on it. The other side from Moraga isn't as interesting by a long shot. The whole area is like 8 miles square...at least Walnut Creek is partly civilized...hehehehe...

Next huh? Heheheh...there'd have to be a first one before there can be a next. I tried planning one a while ago but that went down the tank real fast.

no, unfortunately not. i don't have the money for suspension mods quite yet. looks like fun tho.

the autoX was cool tho. there was a porshe gt2, r34 skyline, lots of datsun 510's, and some others.

The good thing with AutoX is you wouldnt need to mod your car to compete. The more you mod the harder your class will be.

Know of any Lancer AutoXers out there?
