It is very accurate at less than roughly a 5whp (+/-). Check out the Mellon portal and you can get all of the information that you need.

Remember, a dyno is just a machine that attempts to simulate driving on the road. So a road tune is actually the real thing and a dyno tune is the imitation.

Both are good. I've had several of both. I actually prefer the road tune via email. It is slow, with small incremental changes, yet very methodical.

Dyno tunes can be more of a slam, bam, thank you ma'am type of experience.

Chris at Mellon Tuning is good. I've used him in the past.

Jay at Boosted Tuning is also good. I'm using him currently.

I've always wanted to see exactly how much difference E85 makes, so Jay and I are currently doing back-to-back 91 octane and E85 tunes at stock boost. Research. I love it.

Moving to AZ next month, I've heard mix reviews on the emissions. I’m coming from CA so I’m sure AZ isn’t as bad as commifornia. I have a full exhaust, no cat, upgraded the u/l ic, upgraded the ic, and intake. Will I get hassled when I take the car in? Should I put the cat back on it? My car is loud… Anywhere in Phoenix where they are easier on emission testing? I also have a Ducati 996 with a ducati 1098 engine (it was a cool project), should I expect issues when trying to register this?

I cannot vouch for no other location than Sierra Vista and we have no emissions laws.

I can only vouch for the areas around Sierra Vista, my friend. Maybe some of the guys from Tucson (north) will chime in. Are you a member of www.azawd.org?

I live in Maricopa county and the emissions here for cars made in 1996 or newer are easy. They just plug into your OBDII, make sure you have no codes that have tripped. Then if you dont, you're done.

I have no cat and passed just fine.
