Well I almost gave up after 2 months of haggeling to get a good deal on a EVO after all the BS I had to put up with. I started out at San bernadino MITSU and they had 5 on the lot two with my options CF wing, no sun roof, and thy had my colors SIlver and red. well after showing much interest and dealing with them about 2 times a week hoping for a break and waiting for my car to sell. I went in on Fri before work and said look I dont want to waste my time at all so heres the deal I got 20K down and I want under MSRP and dont jerk me around.

well he came back and said we can do 32500 out the door. Now I knew the invoice on the car was 28,300 I had bee talking with the guy for over two months and he called me and told me the invoice on the DL since his manager did not want to tell me. Any ways I got mad and said thats to much and they said well tough. he asked me to make a offer I said i want it 500 over invoice witch would put the car at $31400 out the door they laughed and said no. I then stood up began to leave and said enjoy your 5 Evos that have been on the lot for over 2moths and then left mad as hell

At this point I was mad since they BSed me to coming down there saying they would give me the best deal bla bla bla and then tired to **** me. Later on that night I called RIverside Mitsu for kicks saying I was quoted $31,800 out the door and that I was beeing treated like **** so if they would beat it I would bring my buis to them. He say give me a sec............ He comes back and say how about $31,500 out the door I was like aaaaaaaaaaaa hell ya. But I ahd not asked him what colors they had and what options. They had a blue with SR,CF wing and a silver with no sun and CF. I was jumping for joy at this point and jumped in my car and halled *** to the dealer.

I got there and did all the paper work dropped my 20K down and walked with a brand new Apex silver EVO 8 a smile on my face that still cant be wiped off and a low $222 a month payment.

Turns out I got lucky cause Riverside Mitsu just opened ther new place ( they tore the old one down 5 months ago and just rebuilt a new modern one) They have not had there grand opening yet so they have been dead and needed to get there name back out I guess i was the lucky giny pig. The best part of the whole deal ws when I was leaving I complaind that they did not fill up my tank and he told me hey we lost 1800 on the deal and that they could not afford to fill it up LOLOLOLOLOL. I then thaught about it and was ok with halh a tank.

p.s. I was on the freeway today and a brand new white EVO with small wing roled up on me on the 15 frwy and gave me the thumbs up and I soluted back. Car was baught from norco mitsu. Just wanted ot see if he was on here. MAn the EVO scene is better than the HONDA scene already all I used to get in my civic was ricer flybys and flashing hazards. Hell I had a porche guy give me props today.

GOD I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE THIS CAR

i really wanted the blue one, but they didnt have one with the options i wanted, so i settled for black. i really like the blue color.

I had dealt with both Riverside and Norco Mitsu, Riverside was pretty good to deal with, Norco had some issues with service department. But glad you got your EVO enjoy it bro, FYI Saturday Fontana Cal Speedway SCLC Meet check out the site SCLC.net

i bought a 98 galant LS (for the g/f or should i say ex)
i bought a 02 lancer ES (daily beater traded for evo)
i bought a 03 EVO VIII

it was like 30,230. including tax, title, license, registration and finance charges, so it could be less if i pay the car off. i got a really good interest rate.
but keep in mind thats also like i said the sunroof, the CF wing and the sport meter kit with is 700 alone. (not an option, an accessory you can buy)

I actually had a good experience with San Bernadino Mitsu, I got my car there in early April for MSRP without hassle while most of other dealers in socal were still marking up several Gs.

But glad to hear that you guys got a good deal on your cars. Congrats!
