Hello Everyone,

I just came back from AZ. I went there to see the houses and i found one in the area of Litchifled Park, Close to I-10. I just wanted to ask if someone can tell me if this is a good area to live. Its a new community, all brand new houses. Please give me some insights about living in AZ, positives and negatvies things.

It's a little far from just about everything but I live out that way too and I enjoy it. It's only about a 20 minute drive to downtown, which isn't too bad I guess. On the plus side you are out closer to the Westgate area (North on the 101 to Glendale Ave), which I like a lot. There are concerts, Movies, Hockey, "Football" and a ton of cool restaurants around there. Keep us posted on the move and we will get a meet & greet going sometime once it cools off a bit. I know Papago fwy 10 is pretty close, so thats not bad. I was wondering how is car insurance out there, and which one is pretty cheap. I called Geico to find out what i would pay in AZ and they quoted me more than what i pay here in NY.

Yeah car insurance in Az is ridiculous....especially for evo's i think its the most expensive place to insure a evo.

My GF moved here from Jersey and her insurance is about half of what it was there. I have never had insurance in any other state so that's all the info I have for you. I pay $130/month for my GTS, and she pays about $100/month for her IS250.
