Welcome! You got a a couple mods that are easily adjusted to be in accordance with Hawaii DOT laws but nothing major.
You'll be arriving during winter. Winter in Hawaii consists of rain and more rain.

Usually more people show up then expected. Mostly because most people just read the forums but don't post.
