Just wanted to give a shout out to my fellow Vegas Valley peeps. Name's Lee. I picked up my Lancer about a month and a half ago. I spend a lot of time in the Photoshop forum here at EvoM doing the weekly contests and such. Started browsing around and discovered the Vegas chapter!

Anyway, just wanted to say, "Hey!" I'm glad to be a part of the forum. Seems to be fairly quality.

I have known this 'What Noise' fellow for about three years (or so), truly a good person.

(And his Evo is silver).

 

If you have a ***.net account you get 10 MB of webhost space per e-mail account (up to 7 e-mail addresses) - so you have plenty of web hosting room for posting a few pics.

- (Assuming you are using windows):

When looking at your pic galleries, right click on the pic you want to post, then left click on 'edit', make sure it fits in the MS Paint window, (using the 'stretch/skew' option to minimize the size before you hit 'file' then 'save').

After any pic editing and resizing, go ahead and upload the desired pic to your webspace using the ***.net support page (look under 'my personal webspace') - If it doesn't load, the pic is too large so more resizing is necessary.

After you have a gallery in the ***.net site, find the pic you want and then after clicking on it - highlight the 'properties', once highlighted hit the ctrl button and the C button at the same time - this "captures" the image.

Once the image is captured, you can post a message in here (or just about any forum), then just hit the ctrl button and the V button at the same time- this posts your captured image.

Last part-

Make it read like this: http://www.cse.unsw.edu.au/~awlo582/evo.jpg

then add a .jpg[/img] to the end of the link address and a [img] to the beginning of the http, like this:
(Right click the pic, then left click the properties to start experimenting.
