HS kids shouldn't have an expensive or fast car for their first. Nothing wrong with learning the ropes with a beater, then progressing to bigger and better things. I'll tell you what, my first bike won't be new. Cause I know with the little bit of skills I have, the bike might get damaged and better to do it on something used and cheap than new and expensive.

The only problem I have is if the HS kid is a a$$ about driving such a nice ride. Sure it's cool to show off, but to make others fell like $hit because they don't have a cool car is not cool. Not saying I have ever meet a HS kid that owns a Evo that has done this. I think the thread started has it out for someone.

Yeah, you've probably seen me driving around town. I've seen that other chick in the yellow one, too. My hubby put tires on her car (he's a manager at Discount....hence how I know you got the wheels).
No, I don't work near Fort Apache/Charleston. We're up in that area sometime though cuz we like to eat at Claim Jumper.
