Plus she thinks it would be better to trade in the Audi, and she might be right there. I may loose some $$, but I tend to hold on to cars.

But if I'm going to trade with a loan then I'm going for a IX
http://www.southcoastmitsubishi.com/Vehicle_Search.aspx

Boostn, the IX RS would be a good fit for u(only 2 gs more). FWIW Get a new one unless u get a smokin deal on a used one. Man for 3-4 gs more a new evo IX is an easy call. Exhaust/ tune and 100 octane gas = low 12s. Let vegasboy drive and it might get a high 11. I have a feeling if u get a used Evo u might catch some heat from the old lady if it turns out to be a used POS that was abused by its previous owner.

^^^I know, thats what she's saying cause I told her the car went 13.1. she says "so its going to be another garadge project." LOL "I rather have one stock with a warranty" It really depends on bang for buck ratio. But your right, just running a search on his name (no offence Bryan) you can see how much the car has been out at the track and stuff.
Also she likes the leather on the 9. Although she wants to race it, she would be happy just beating WRX's all day. And as you know, thats easy. LOL

None taken, I took it to the track a couple times and have done under 10 passes, but most the time I was a spectator. I ran it with just a turbo back, then boost controller, race gas and untuned afc, then after ddp tuned afc.

waiting for my cable and wideband to come in....they just released the logging software as well for $15 with future updates for free. this is deffinetly going to be the cheapest way to go for stock ecu tuning. Plus AL sells the flashes he has for $50, so if you add more to your car get a flash from AL, take it to the dyno and make adjustments from there. Way cheaper that a $350 custom tune....

Man, all this talk about getting a 9 is really tempting me. I don't think I could afford the payments on one though without a big down payment. I put 10 grand down on my 8, and there's no way that's happening again.

How much you want for your 8.

so a 9 is 28k plus tax minus what I give you plus what you owe. Simple math. then go to a loan calculator and plug it in. If you want it exact, call some banks and get a rate.

You Evo9 + Me in your car = (2) happy guys. LOL

Hmmm. I need to see how much I still owe on it. I would probably take most of the parts of it though to put on the 9 since I wouldn't be able to afford to mod it. I would just leave the cams, injectors, headers and downpipe on the car.

I guess that is subjective as to what u drive. I have not tried a Suby in the Malibu Maxx yet. LOL!

Man I want a IX.But I promised myself that until I get into the career I paid 30 g of an education for I would not get another money pit of a car. I need to get off my azz and get a real job. This low payng Social Work job sucks. Heck my clients/patience families make more than I do. Bums feel sorry for me and give me their cans when I go to the local park. Going from making 70+ to 40+ job is not Evo friendly. Man the military pay is starting to look afluent compared to me.

You can buy my evo, it only has 6k on the chassis and 0 on the stroker built block. Then I can buy my dream car.
