I have a stock evo 8 map if you need one, i just need an email address. Evom wont let me upload it. I also have the FQ maps but you will need additional XML files to read them (have those to).

They are fine to load. there are issues with being able to modify or even see some of the values but other wise they are fine. The IX maps i wouldnt mess with because the maps i have you cant read the mivec map. But for the viii the fq map is actually less aggressive than the current map i am running on my viii. The fq map is more aggresive than stock so it wouldnt be a bad map to try out on a base to minor moded evo. i ran the fq320 map for a minute but went back to my modified map, i didnt get much timeing up top (13) where i get 16 with my map

here is the usdm viii map next to the fq labeled as jdm8mr

Here is a stock usdm ix fuel map w/ ignition map against the fq map i have with controlable definitions...The maps arnt to far apart and you wouldnt have a problem running the fq on a stock ix. Of course you would want to log it but i dont see any reason why you couldnt run it. I looked at the knockk buffering and other settings and everything lines up with the usdm maps. The only major changes are in the fuel/ignition and MIVEC...

This is the MIVEC map of a stock usdm versus the FQ map i have...

The bugeye (boostin1) is sold. I have decided to get another evo to mod the f^ck out of. So I'll order parts as soon as I get the car. I should be ready by November. Just need some input please.
2-3K for mods, heres what I'm thinkin, let me know what you all think.

1. TBE
2. 10.5 hotside (whats better, single or dual port?) unless I get 9
3. 02 housing
4. cams (what size, I want power, but not stalling) unless I get a 9
5. Forge MBC
6. Drop in filter (when do you need open filter?)
7. Custom flash ofcourse
8. IC piping
9. 255 walbro (I'll use my subie one)
10. Methenol Inj if I have enough $ left
Oh, and I have a N20 kit, but think I'll sell it if I use the meth

Basicly want to push the stock block/turbo close to the limit. For my daily drive to work I will need 350-400whp. what am I missing? header, APR studs, cam gears.......what? With meth, wont need a bigger IC, but the piping will still give me gains even with the meth right?

so what does AMS use to tune besides their stand alone? Cable? what? and about how much will that run?

Anyone got some used parts left?

Eibach Pro-Kit:**....165lbs(2.9k)....140lbs(2.5k)....1.2f / 1.2r
Stock(USDM):..........180lbs(3.2k)....225lbs(4.0k) ......STOCK

Now I'm more confused. They are softer than stock, but progressive with a 1.2 in drop f&r. So sounds like they would be good for a daily driver with occasional track use eh? Pleasant on the bumps but stiffen up on the hard turns and jumps?
WTF I'm so owned when it comes to suspension.

Thanks for the link you sexy asian boy.

Thats what im doing, Robi basic. Soon as I figure out why I cant save money for sh^t lately. Oh I know, because it all goes into my gas tank!

Lee, before we switch back to saturday, we gotta make sure that Kris didnt allready sign up for sunday. That and you guys said the track is less crowded on sundays right? I dont want to be waiting behind people. That would blow, it would be like me driving on the freeway anyway haha.
