Martin already talked to me about the dyno. They are trying to get an accurate sign up sheet of how many are really going to get tuned when they are out here.

They will post up details. As of now I got that weekend open for him. They will be out that week for Sema and a Time attack event the next week. So they have a little bit of time in between.

So if they can custom tune with the charge being for the tune and dyno time only I'd like to have them tune it, if not I need more details
Thanks

+1. It's a custom tune Mike. The price is as is. No other fee's unless you throw it on the dyno.

So now I have the VIII. I have heard that bad syncros are an infamous problem. Today shifting 1-5 @ redline, 4th and 5th get a little grind. Per the previous owner, the tranny fluid is still the original.
With the subies, 3qt MT90 with 1qt shockproof cleared this up for me.
The car has 33k, under warranty, so if I do need to have the syncros replaced, how long does that usually take. And compared to the IX, the clutch seems alot less crisp with less travel. Also have some stiffness going into 1st when the engine is cold. After warm up it seems fine though.

Anyway, just wanted some advice from the guys who have some trial and error experience with the synco issue. Any of you able to improve it with the use of better tranny fluid?
Thanks

I remember the tranny in my '03 being pretty stiff before it warmed up. I always ran the stock fluid, even for the track. You said the clutch seems less crisp. Do you mean that it seems less springy/harder to depress? Maybe it's not a stock clutch?
