Las Vegas Evo's
mmmm hawtness! Cars done, just waiting on tires for these bad boys. Went with Bridgestone RE01-R 245/40/18 on Nils's recomendation. Said theyre better then the neovas, and I havent read a bad review on em yet!
So thursday at the meet I managed to hurt my Left knee (rt. one was already f ed up). Couldn't walk hardly at all Friday.
Went to the doc and surgury for the rt. knee is scheduled for Feb 1st. Problem is now, I can't even push in the clutch on the subie, so I'm more glad in more ways then one I got the evo back. (clutch is not as stiff) Anyway I'm a bit nervous about this surgury, might not be working for up to 3 months, but possibly in a week.
Doc says depends on what he finds when he goes in (scope). And needless to say I may miss most of the nice weather racing at LVMS.
To top it off, I asked for some good pain meds only to hear "I don't give pain meds till I do the surgury, and even then you won't need much." WTF, sounds like what gonzo told me VA docs do. Guess I'll have to get lots of yager at the bedside. LOL
Wish me luck fellas, and if you pray, include me if you would.

Thanks, that made me feel better. LOL As for need of meds, I'm all ears. Got a good "doc" you can refer me to??
