That leak tester is the way to go if you have a compressor. I have a on-board compressor that is used for a non-performance mod.... Chris knows about it. lol instead of putting a valve stem on my tester, i just put a air hose coupling on it. this allows me to hook an air hose directly to the car and view pressure in system via inline hose gauge. Pressure is put into car slowly with regulator so 150psi isnt dumped into the engine (i got bored at work one day and decided to make an elaborate testing setup...)

I had the same problem. Bought my replacement seals from Works during a sale a while back. Mine started to leak at about 6psi.

well gents - need your valued opinion..... carmax appraised my car at $17,000 tonight. Its an 06 GG with 36,400 on the clock. Its got coil-overs, an MBC, JDM rear bumper, boost guage and a few other cosmetic goodies.

I need cash in a big way and my part time job cut me back to two days a week. ( yay, minimum wage increase ) you think i should go for it?

Hey guys, selling my AEM EMS plug & play unit for an Evo 8, used about 9,000 miles, asking $1,000 for it.

I think mine might have been too. Get with Aby, he got some out to me in 3 days with a new TB gasket for like 20 bucks. Wasnt a hard install either, just make sure they go in straight. Ask Wesside about making sure they dont get bent hehe. I used a 10mm socket and tapped them in place SLOWLY.

Its probably your TB seals, I would replace those and I bet it solves your leak.

LMGDAO, Steez saying that another evo is loud, when ur old evo was louder than a 2stroke-dirt bike.
